On Friday 19 May GTAC’s weekly webinar focused on international cooperation and trade during the Covid period. The presenters were the authors of Chapter 7 of the Covid-19 Country Report produced by The Presidency, GTAC and the National Research Foundation. They are Professor Suzy Graham, from the University of Johannesburg and Professor Victoria Graham from the University of Pretoria.
They delved into the International Cooperation topic examining South Africa’s engagement with the global community during the pandemic. The chapter highlights the collaborative efforts of the government, academic institutions, and other stakeholders in fostering international cooperation and maintaining trade flow amidst unprecedented circumstances.
