This activity is part of a growing global trend in cybercrime, where criminals impersonate officials from trusted institutions to deceive recipients and extract sensitive information or payments.

Please take note of the following:

– ✅ Do not respond to unsolicited messages claiming to be from GTAC.
– 🌐 Always verify tender details on our official website.
– 📧 Be cautious of suspicious email addresses or WhatsApp numbers.
– 🚨 Report any suspicious communication to GTAC immediately via info@gtac.gov.za.
– 📞 Always verify unknown cellphone numbers through True Caller and similar tools.
