Strengthening and Improving The Current Unemployment Insurance System – Report to The Unemployment Insurance Fund

This report on the second part of the project critically analyses the South African unemployment insurance system so as to identify the existing deficiencies and develop proposals on how to improve the system, with particular emphasis on legal, institutional and regulatory hindrances, challenges and implications.
