State Houses for the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development – Infographic

Northern Cape Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development (DALRRD) is faced with challenges regarding their state houses due to a lack of cooperation by the Department of Roads and Public works(DRPW). The challenges include non-collection of rental from DRPW officials and private tenants, illegal occupants, rental fees not increased, huge amounts of maintenance costs on depleted houses and municipal bills which lead to loss of revenue and high payments of unbudgeted costs.
