National Development Agency – Spending Review Report
This review will show that due to the non-specific nature of the legislative mandate of the National Development Agency, the Agency has practically been given ‘free-reign’ to provide direct funding or capacity building support to any organisation it sees as contributing towards poverty alleviation. The review therefore concludes with the following recommendations: 1. There is an urgent need for a review of the NDA Act.
