A case study about the challenges to prepare an infrastructure project for implementation was presented by Eugenie Ninham of the Neighbourhood Development Partnership Programme. The case study provided the NDPP background, the Makhulong Youth hub progress, project approvals, a timeline of events, stakeholders, challenges and constraints and mitigating measures.
