The Programme Management Hub supports the effective delivery of major government programmes through integrated programme management and implementation support, enabled by strong governance, efficient systems and compliant operational processes.

The Business Support Hub enables GTAC's effective delivery by providing integrated, agile and coordinated support services that align people, systems and resources across the Technical Advisory and Programme Management Hubs.

GTAC/CBPEP/EU Project on Employment-Intensive Rural Land Reform in South Africa. The overall aims of this study are to identify the potential for successful expansion of the number of small-scale farmers producing wool through redistributive land reform, and to examine the possible outcomes of such expansion, with a particular focus on aggregate levels of production, farmer income and employment.
