The Programme Management Hub supports the effective delivery of major government programmes through integrated programme management and implementation support, enabled by strong governance, efficient systems and compliant operational processes.
Business Support Hub
The Business Support Hub enables GTAC's effective delivery by providing integrated, agile and coordinated support services that align people, systems and resources across the Technical Advisory and Programme Management Hubs.

Executive summary – please add, you could copy the summary and recommendations here summarise them a bit The only gap I see in the analysis, and I don’t know if its possible to full, is to show the COE in the unit costs that are estimated…. Is this possible? Because that should reveal a lot.
