The Programme Management Hub supports the effective delivery of major government programmes through integrated programme management and implementation support, enabled by strong governance, efficient systems and compliant operational processes.

The Business Support Hub enables GTAC's effective delivery by providing integrated, agile and coordinated support services that align people, systems and resources across the Technical Advisory and Programme Management Hubs.

The need to use Information Communications Technology (ICT) is viewed as a tool that will enhance teaching and learning. The Gauteng Department of Education (GDE) should invest in ICT for teaching and learning if it is to prepare its pupils for the fourth industrial revolution (4IR).
