Dynamic and Follower Sectors. Employment Growth & Development Initiative Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC)

This paper outlines some of the policy choices that need consideration in promoting the deepening and expansion of dynamic traded goods and services. The specific focus of this paper is to identify how sectors that are typically thought of as ‘follower’ with low potential for productivity growth, might become ‘leader’ or ‘dynamic’ sectors.
