The Minister responsible water and sanitation presented the National Water Services Improvement Programme to Cabinet. The focus of the programme will be on actions that can be undertaken and have impact in the short and medium term. However, there are other matters that need to be addressed to support long term financial sustainability and effectiveness of the sector.
