Capacity Building Programme for Employment Promotion Completion Report. Creating a Supportive Regulatory Environment for the Informal Sector: Improving Regulatory Tools and Practise in Local Government

This project sought to develop a set of interrelated regulatory tools in support of local government’s developmental mandate and regulatory function relating to the informal sector. These tools included a Policy Guideline, a Framework By-law Guideline and a Health, Safety and Infrastructure Guideline.
