This year’s Savings@Work Conference will take place under the theme “Acting on what we now know” from 2 – 3 November 2022.

The virtual conference provides a platform for officials that have received training on the spending review methodology to share what they have done to implement spending reviews in their respective departments and sectors.

Presenters and speakers will highlight success stories but will also share the challenges they have faced during implementation of spending reviews. They will also identify the barriers they faced in the implementation of their spending review recommendations. The purpose of the conference is not only to hear about the success stories, but to also motivate and appeal to alumni and other stakeholders to act on what they now know to achieve the desired goals.
