When you click on the +Cal Export, the event info will be downloaded, by opening the file the event will be imported into your calendar (Outlook or Apple Calendar). Please note: Should you get any pop-up notices in your email client while carrying out this import, this relates to a security setting on the your machine and will require you to adjust your settings to allow the event to be added to your calendar.
