National State of Service Delivery Dialogue

The National Planning Commission (NPC) invites you and your Senior Management representatives to the National State of Service Delivery Dialogue.
The Dialogue seeks to delve into key questions underlying this complex phenomenon, including the following:
- Is there a distinction between urban and rural service delivery? Are there solutions that can be implemented to address these
challenges? - Are there policies to tackle the rural-urban divide? How effective have they been and what challenges have arisen during the
implementation of these policies? What measures are being taken to overcome them? - What institutional structures have been established to support the implementation of new policies and improve service provision
in bridging the gap between rural and urban areas? - What knowledge can be gained from examining approaches taken by other countries to address similar issues of the
rural-urban divide in service delivery?
