Virtual Event

This seminar will socialise the Ubuntu Initiative to G20 members and the global community. It will also highlight the Initiative’s strategic relevance to Africa’s regional integration, advance the implementation of cross-border infrastructure projects and foster meaningful partnerships.

The Infrastructure Working Group (IWG) is focused on financing matters to tackle the persistent infrastructure investment gap in support of stronger, sustainable and inclusive economic growth and development. The emphasis under the South African Presidency is on creating an enabling environment to facilitate significant private sector participation in public infrastructure.
